It’s okay.submitted by Leah H. - |Recommended: NoThere’s a mice issue in my building. All the appliances in my apt are rusted very unattractive. The leasing office building is nice but the rest of the buildings don’t look the same when you walk in. There’s a key code to get into the building which is nice. It’s pet friendly but could use a trash can near the pet waste area. Staff is nice and professional.

The bestsubmitted by Miriam M. - |Recommended: YesCrescent pointe has been my home for the last 9 years. The property is well maintained clean and quiet. The staff are professional and complains are addressed immediately. The only thing that is annoying is occasional mice infestation although it is not as bad. In overall I would recommend it to anybody wanting to live in a quiet homely environment.

HORRIBLEsubmitted by Ladesha W. - |Recommended: NoWhen I first moved in here I loved this place...and EVERY SINGLE PERSON I worked with is no longer working here. And since then this place has gone downhill. You continue to be cheap with your maintenance. My AC unit has leaked water all summer...soaking an extremely large area of my rug WHICH I AM NOT PAYING FOR WHEN I LEAVE then you decide to bring a hug fan to my apt for three days to dry it....and now the rug is hard...probably from the cheap products you decided to use. The finish in the tub had to be redone three times Now you decide to change all of the faucets and the shower head in the apts...theres ZERO water pressure. I feel like I am showering in the mist setting of a hose....which results in me being in the shower an extra 10 minutes...wasting more water...so did you really save anything I bet those in charge never even used half of the items you install in these apartments. Which means you only care about saving a dollar and not your tenants real needs I am irritated by EVERYTHING about this place now. Your construction has been going on for months...so no Im not bothered by neighbors noise...Im bothered by the ongoing construction in this place...for monthsss...Im bothered by the fact that I have to reach out to remind maintenance that I submitted a request....Im bothered by the fact that your im sorry doesn't fix anything...nor do you attempt to make an satisfy your tenants...Im bothered by all the low budget ways you enforced to run this place. If you would like to speak with me by all means I am open to discuss all the ongoing issues in this place. And now...I wake up to no hot water and I was told that it should be fixed within a 4 hour window....NOT OK. No one should have to go to sleep and wake up to no hot water. No excuses....you say the four hour window is the best you can do...no that's the best you they are willing to do for the dollar amount you want to spend. Tired of this place being ran into the ground.
